:. Local e-mail or messager has the ability to send or receive messages between two or more users.

:. Reads PDF files, all documents are archived using PDF format.

:. Daily report are classified using separate section and pages.

:. e-SQDC, also known as electronic Satellite Quality Document Center – all documents, messages, memos, etc are all in electronic copy and can be browsed or searched easily using the this sytem. e-SQDC was developed to support the implementation of Visayas NOD paperless program.

:. Specific reports to be generated by the division – user has the ability to create, modify, print and delete various reports. These reports will automatically display in the main page.

:. Automatic attendance monitoring

:. On-duty personnel – the site will monitor the user who logged-in and at the same time Administrator can trace the user’s location using IP logging system.

:.  Feedback – Guest and users can also express their recommendations, additional inputs and suggestions for further improvement of the system. Only the administrator account can monitor those feedbacks.

This Intranet website is implemented and designed specifically for National Transmission Corporation Visayas System Operations Network Operations Division (TransCo VSO-NOD).
